Welcome to the fifth edition of LGC Assure Insights, a free digital newsletter to support your food safety management journey. In this edition I have brought together insights about foods for special diets, a somewhat eclectic mix of products with a common aim to fulfil a specific dietary need such as allergy or intolerance, sports nutrition, supplements including vitamins and minerals, and food for special medical purposes.
